40 Years of Love

I bought one of these as a Kettlewell in the fall of 1984 at a shop in Mississauga on the recommendation of a friend I met in Algonquin. It was love at first bite of the water, and has been my deep water paddle for expeditions and trips in three provinces, five states and two European countries since. I just got back from Grand Teton and had to tell admirers the story about its legacy and successors. I don't care what you say about all the specials and modifications, I'll never part with this original.
