Refund policy

We stand by our products. If you are unhappy with your product we will accept returns free of charge for up to 30 days from the purchase date, not applicable to normal wear and tear. If you are outside of the 30-day policy we will happily repair or replace (Fishell Paddles decision) damaged paddles for up to 1 year from the purchase date. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, a $50 shipping charge will be applied to any warranty fulfillment outside of the 30-day window. Email greg@fishellpaddles.com with any questions.
